Amy Lou Adams is an American actress that has earned praise for her performance of innocent and charming characters. Adams grew as the seventh child of seven within Castle Rock Colorado. At the beginning of 1990, she started professional dancing and acting at Boulder's Dinner Theatre and the Country Dinner Playhouse in Colorado. Following her move to Minnesota, she starred in a mock-documentary film called Drop Dead Gorgeous (1998) concerning beauty pageant contests. The actress portrayed Norma in several popular films over time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho from 1960 and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film that was released in the year 1954.
