Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts to arrive in Atlanta. Her father was a young man when he became interested in theater. While a student at Emory University in 1952 he performed in shows on campus as well as in other parts of Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force and while stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a production with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955 and their first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. In 1957 the couple left the air force and Walter began his studies at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter began working with Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the couple relocated from the city of Decatur Georgia. Walter and Betty Lou produced a Saturday early morning television program for children that was titled Bum Bum and His Buddies from 1964. In the same year, they were paid. They created an Actors and Writers Workshop in the year 1964, and it was in operation for six years. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also called Lisa) as well as Julia (also also known as Julie) throughout this time.
